First time clients and clients who are unsure how their dog does with cats/other small pets must schedule a meet and greet with their sitter.

Meet and greets are roughly 30 minutes and happen between 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm. for and added fee of $15.

Acceptance

All clients must be within our service area. Pet insurance is highly recommended.


Prior dog training not required but definitely recommended. 


All new clients must have a harness for their dog before their trial/start of service. 


2 days a week minimum monthly commitment.


All dogs must be spayed/nurtured. If they are not, there must be a plan set forth to get them spayed/nurtured with in 3 months of your start date. 


Dogs in heat are not allowed to walk in a pack setting for their own safety and the safety of other dogs in the area.


All dogs must have all vet recommended vaccines, must be micro chipped as well as be on flea and tick medication.


Air tag on the collar or harness is highly recommended.


All dogs with reactivity issues must be addressed upon your inquiry for the safety of your dog, your walker and the community.  If not, your dog is eligible for immediate termination. 

Dog reactivity

I understand and acknowledge that all dogs with reactivity issues must be addressed to a manager upon your inquiry for the safety of your dog, your walker and the community.  If not and an incident occurs, your are liable for the cost of damages and your dog is eligible for immediate termination. 

Acknowledgement of risk

I understand and acknowledge that using off-leash services with Urban Breed involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dog fights, bites, scratches, escapes, injuries to my dog, their walker, or third parties, and property damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all such risks. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban breed, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from these activities. I confirm my dog is healthy, vaccinated, non-aggressive, and reliably recallable off-leash.

I accept and acknowledge that in accordance with guidance from the CDC, if my walker test positive for COVID-19 they will isolate for 5 days regardless of vaccination status. If my walker shows no symptoms or their symptoms are improving after the 5th day, they can safely return to work.


If walks need to be canceled because the walker contracted COVID-19, per day pricing will activate on a 4 week billing cycle regardless of per day price standings. Any walks that go over 4 weeks will not be added to your monthly bill.
