Meet and Greets
For all new clients. The average meet and greet takes about 15 - 30 minutes. During those 15 - 30 minutes you'll get to meet your walker/sitter and give them an early opportunity to bond with your dog before the start of service. They will also go over what the average day looks like out with them, talk about policy, pricing, what plan you will be choosing and other availability if needed.
If you are looking for house sitting services we'll come to you. There you can introduce us to the pup, show us the place and give us a rundown on your dog's feeding and walk schedule at home.

Please make sure to fill out the proper paperwork for your desired service.
Trial walks
Trial walks are always free and must be booked before starting and confirming service.
Trial walks are for all new monthly subscribing and boarding clients. They are an introduction for you and your dog as to what an average day looks like when subscribing to our off leash dog walking service. They also give us a chance to evaluate your dogs training base line, their play style, how they get along with the existing pack and how they interact with the community.
All new clients must have a harness for their dog before their trial/start of service.

During the trial, we'll pick up your dog during your chosen pick up window. We'll pop them in the front seat to give your dog and the pack some space to sniff each other through the doggy fence. Once we get to the walk location, we'll leash up the dogs and slowly introduce your pup to each pack member before starting the walk. Once walking, your dog will stay on leash while the pack gets let off leash where they'll get to introduce themselves to your pup on their own as a whole. As the rest of the pack goes on to sniff around and play with each other, you walker will start working 1 - on -1 with your dog to begin forming a bond that is crucial to off leash walking. After the walk, we'll round up and start heading home.
scheduling
There are two groups. The Am group and the Pm group. The Am group is more so large dogs. The Pm group has a better mix of smaller sized dogs. The energy level for both packs is a pretty solid medium to high. The dogs in both packs love to play fetch, wrestle, chase and roll in wood chips. The size of your dog, their play style as well as pack availability would be the deciding factors.

Off-Leash pack walks
We are an off leash dog walking company which means the majority of our group walks will be held at designated off leash walking locations in San Francisco.

Prior dog training suggested but not required. An air tag on your dogs collar or harness is highly suggested.

Our pack walks are an hour long and the majority of them are held off-leash with the exception of rainy days*. The average off-leash pack walk is a combination of 15 - 20 minutes of on-leash walking and 40-45 minutes of off-leash play. We structure our walks by letting the dogs off in 2's to go potty. Once they go potty they're free roam and the next dog gets let off leash in their place. After all the dogs have handled their business, the toys come out and the real fun begins. There the pups get to explore the land, play fetch, wrestle, chase, and go for a hike if were on the trails. After our off-leash time is up, we round up and head back to the car for clean up.

OFF-LEASH Preparation
Preparing a new dog for off leash play usually takes about 2 weeks. All new dogs must have a harness at the start of service for their own safety.
The first week will be held on leash. during the first week, we will asses your dog energy level, monitor their behavior on leash, preforming basic training drills and build trust between your dog and the walker.
After the first week, we begin slowly letting your dog off leash. We do this by attaching a 16 foot "long-line" to your dogs harness. By using the long-line, it allows your dog to have the freedom of off leash play while giving your walker the security to rein them in if their energy gets too wild, they get into an altercation or if they're showing signs of running away. Depending on how they do on the second week, your dog can be cleared to be fully off leash without the use of the long line. If your pup is prone to running away, doing thing like eating mud or rolling in a stinky mess, they'll just keep the long line on for as long as your walker sees fit.
Doggie clean up
We are an off leash dog walking company so please do not expect you dog to be coming home spotless.
We do not offer grooming services nor do we have the time or space to perform such services during our business hours.
At most, we have a mud buster and towels. We will do our best at minimizing the mess your dog comes home will but please note that we do not have the ability to thoroughly clean them when they are out with us.
RAINY DAY
Doggie rain coats are highly suggested!!
During rainy day, the majority of the walks will be held on leash and will be cut to 45 minutes.
This allows us to minimize the mess at home by giving your walker the time to dry off your pup to their best ability before they enter the vehicle. We also ask that our clients leave us a towel by the door to give your dog a second wipe down before heading inside.

On a typical rain day, you walker will get to a walk location that has a combination of a sidewalk/cement trail and a grassy area. Once we get to the grass clearing, you walker will begin to let dogs off in 2's to go potty. once they potty, they go back on leash and 2 new dogs go off to potty. After everyone has gone, we continue our walk on leash for the reminder of time.

On heavy storm days, walks will but cut short to potty breaks.

Rainy day cancelations are not subject to a price reduction if per day pricing isn't available for that month.
BEACH DAY
On beach days, walks will be cut short to 45 minutes to allow time for clean up before coming home.
